Robots are mechanical humanoids that occupy various worlds, including Alledia. Most are of humanoid shape, bearing two arms, legs, a head and torso, although they can be of differing size. They come in a variety of colors and a range of intelligences, from simple functions to fully sentient. They generally have rights and are considered as living beings. Some robots are less humanoid than others, such as Bronxon, whose bottom half consists of several tank treads and large wheels.

History[edit | edit source]

Although it is unknown when robots were invented, they are commonplace on Alledia and have been around at least since the death of Silas Charnon. Over time, robots have become more complex and better built.

Physiology[edit | edit source]

Society[edit | edit source]

Robots are manufactured, not born, but they appear to have families, as Suzy mentioned feeding her brothers, sisters, mother and father and grandparents. They usually have a roughly humanoid shape, but some are completely different (i.e. Theodore and Bronxon).

Hacking[edit | edit source]

Robots are controlled by their operating systems, which makes them susceptible to hackers. When hacked, a robot is forced to perform as commanded, which includes moving against their will. Robots with older OS are more easily hacked, while more complex or newer operating systems are safer. Hacking can be performed remotely and can take only a matter of seconds. Certain software can be applied to robots to make them secure from hacks.

Notable Robots[edit | edit source]

Miskit - a highly complex and sophisticated robot, Miskit appears as an anthropomorphic pink bunny. His body shows no sign of machinery, and his limbs are able to move flexibly and with ease. He was constructed by Silas Charnon, who is recognized as a famous robot designer. His complex programming makes him very difficult to hack.

Cogsley - an older model built by Silas Charnon. He assists Miskit.

Isaak Pil - a general of the Resistance.
