The Conebeak is a species of bird that Emily and Navin encountered in The Stonekeeper.
History[]
When Emily and Navin parachuted off a cliff with the umbrella mushrooms, a Conebeak lands on Navin's mushroom and begins pecking through the mushroom's cap. In that moment, The Voice tells Emily that the conebeak may break through the mushroom, sending Navin to his death. Listening to the voice's advice, Emily uses her amulet, snapping the conebeak's neck and killing it, saving Navin.

Conebeaks appear as turkey-sized, plump, grey birds with large eyes and curved, pointed beaks.
Behaviour[]
Not much is known about the conebeak's behaviour, but it appears that they feed on umbrella mushrooms.
