What if Silas was being controlled by the Voice like Max and the Elf King? If would somewhat make sense considering that Silas was originally the keeper of Emily's stone, and that the Voice seems to, I don't know, reside (?) in that stone often. Also, how else would he be so knowledgeable of the Voice? That could be how he died, maybe the Voice was the supposed "illness" that he had, and it killed him.
I don't know. Seems stupider the more I think about it. And if something like this is actually part of the story, it might not even be officially revealed. Still, anythings possible.

Is it possible that he had two sons?After all, in The Last Council, it was stated that his son died when he went off to fight the Elf King, but it was stated in Prince of the Elves that he was killed by the Voice in his memories. Maybe he had two sons who died. Maybe I'm just overthinking this to the point where I am starting to sound like a mortal ape descendant.

The Amulets

Hello, I am new to this wiki and-TURNIPS! SO MANY TURNIPS! *ahem* Sorry about that. My sole wish is to destroy all of you and feel your disembodied hearts beating in my own palm. But before that, I have noticed something.

TrellisAmulet — This is Trellis's amulet. Notice the pattern

VigoAmulet — This is Vigo's amulet. Again, notice the pattern.

EmilyAmulet — This is Emily's amulet. Pattern. Notice it.

MaxGriffinAmulet — Max Griffin's amulet. Recognize the pattern?

So as you can see, each amulet has its own unique pattern or symbol, except Max and Emily's. And it just so happens that their symbols match the Voice's face. What is so special about their amulets?
