I have great news! I have concluded working on my personal mega project, Lights Arise. I'm now in the final phase of person friends and family reading it before fully released. Book 2, Lights Revival, will most likely not get started until mid summer, and conclude around the same time now next year. I ask that the most eager fans awaiting must bring full patience, as if I want this to be the best product possible, I need time to perfect it. A well crafted diamond with perfect edges and shine must be delt with carefully with a tedious and grueling schedule. In the meantime of the 1st diamond being wrapped up completely, here's how the story for book 2 will be formed.

So, while we all wait for the release of book 9 I've managed to come up with a few ideas for prequels or spinoff comics.

• The Elf King's Origin

So, in The Stonekeeper's Curse, we learned that The Elf King was original a boy apart of a village, before he and three other young Stonekeepers lost control of their Amulet. Silas was mentioned to have been a powerful Stonekeeper who had helped destroy them. I think I'd like to see a detailed version of what happened, maybe in a standalone book. It would help flesh out both Silas and The Elf King, as well as introduce new characters, like the three corrupted Stonekeepers, maybe even give us a glimpse into what Alledia was like before the main series.

• A trilogy chronicling Moze, Emily's son

Perhaps the call for the Amulet is evident again after the people of Alledia begin fearing the properties of the Stone, and we have a Jedi-type situation where there's a genocide of sorts against them from the citizens, and they refuse to attack back because of some new restrictions or morals. That leaves it up to Moze, Emily's son, to somehow balance the world out again. I think a trilogy would be a good move, as it's the perfect amount of books for a storyline like this. It would be interesting to see him act without a prophecy backing his actions.
