Trellis the elf-equivalent of 16, Emily is around 14-15 at the end of the series

Kazu Kibuishi retconned Trellis' age. I think he was around 16, while Emily was around 14-15, so it was a two year age gap. Now Trellis is 18 or 21 or something in Book 9, but I won't give anything away about the ending as to not spoil anything for anyone who hasn't read it.
